Haveli Investments Acquires Crew Lodging Platform Accommodations Plus International
Haveli Investments has acquired Accommodations Plus International (API), a crew lodging and travel software provider based in Melville, New York.
The deal, announced on Tuesday, June 3, supports API’s plans to expand globally and invest in system upgrades that improve travel logistics for transportation operators.
API also manages lodging for over 85 airlines, cargo carriers, rail operators, and cruise lines. Its platform connects clients to over 6,000 hotel and service providers across 700 cities, streamlining crew scheduling and accommodations at scale.
Haveli intends to use its capital and operational track record to help API increase market reach and modernize its technology stack.
In addition, the firm’s leadership cited API’s credibility in the transportation sector and its track record in delivering logistics tools to complex, time-sensitive industries.

The deal includes a significant capital injection and operational backing to scale AppViewX’s position in the Machine and Non-Human Identity Management segment.
AppViewX develops AVX ONE, a SaaS platform for managing digital certificates and cryptographic keys in hybrid and multi-cloud environments.
This platform also supports teams handling certificate lifecycle management, public key infrastructure, identity controls, and DevOps automation.
Additionally, it provides automated discovery, centralized visibility, and governance tools to reduce outages, close security gaps, and address post-quantum encryption needs.
With support from Haveli, AppViewX plans to expand its global reach and deepen its enterprise integrations.
The firm cited rising demand for scalable identity solutions as a core reason for the acquisition.
